Hello people, I am happy for write again. In this moment i want
write about one of my favorites hobbies, much of my Friends know that I love
make physical exercise and i think that this is the perfect moment for speak
about this topic.
In my childhood i knew sedentariness, for this reason i had weight
problem, The video games was one of the reasons, but i love this, and I don´t think
that the videogames was the main factor, in my opinión i had bad nutrition, junk
food without physical excercise, a very
bad combination.
In my adolescence i met the physical excercise, thanks to one
of my Friends. In that moment my principal objetive was make physical exercise.
Crossfit was very important in that moment helped me, and I discovered a world,
literally. Many ways about as make axcercise.
In the present, i
treat of eat healthy and make very physical excercise, or as much as possible,
but the university implicate much of my time, and for me eat healthy is expensive

Hi Nelson, It's hard to accept ourserlves. Excersice is one the most effective things to combat the stress and anxiety. You are doing great!

ResponderBorrarHi, i hear sometimes about the crossfit, but i don't have a idea of it. The physical exercises are very important, and don't care if you realizes activities 2 or 3 times at week.
